1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Funds or winnings.
• Residency: You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP). Players residing outside Indonesia or attempting to access our Services through VPNs or proxy servers from restricted jurisdictions will have their Accounts terminated.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit you from gambling or entering into agreements online.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by gaca32 may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges. All documents must be authentic and unaltered. Submission of fraudulent or falsified documents will result in immediate Account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account with gaca32, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly should it change. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account termination.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service
• Never share your username, password, or Account access with any third party
• Immediately notify gaca32 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices

gaca32 will never request your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as a fraudulent attempt and reported immediately. You acknowledge that you are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach.

4.3 Account Restrictions

gaca32 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion if we believe the Account is being used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that risks the integrity of our Services or the safety of other Players.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

gaca32 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata), and e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You acknowledge that:

• All Funds deposited must originate from a legitimate source and must be your own money. gaca32 prohibits money laundering and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or refunded.
• gaca32 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees.
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of technical error verified by gaca32.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Bank Transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): 5-15 minutes during business hours
• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay): Instant to 10 minutes
• First Withdrawal (KYC Pending): Up to 24 hours after document verification

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will apply their prevailing exchange rate, and you are responsible for any conversion fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

gaca32 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. General bonus rules include:

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all Funds and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, gaca32 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or Account balances (which we will correct upon discovery)
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Loss of winnings due to breach of these Terms by you

gaca32 provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 10.1 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or mistake that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or Account balances, gaca32 reserves the right to void affected bets, correct balances, and withhold any winnings derived from the error. 11. Account Termination and Suspension

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements on bonus funds). gaca32 may suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity

• Your Account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees after notification)
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive

In the event of termination for breach of Terms, gaca32 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, void pending bets, and withhold winnings obtained through prohibited activities. Legitimate Funds deposited by you will be returned after deducting any amounts owed to gaca32.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of gaca32 Services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia for resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through our internal dispute resolution process.
